Place tools in the order you use them
Arrange clippers, trimmers and finishing tools left to right (or right to left) in the order a typical service uses them. Returning each tool to the same spot saves searching mid-cut.
Plan charging, not just storage
Keep cordless tools on their charging stands between clients where the manufacturer allows it, and route cords so they do not cross your working space.
Build cleaning into the routine
Follow your state board's disinfection rules and the product label's contact times. Keep brushes, disinfectant and blade oil within reach so cleaning between clients happens every time.
