TERMS OF SERVICE
The agreement between you and Beacon Media Group, Inc. when you use this site or place an order.
Who you are contracting with
Barber Selective is operated by Beacon Media Group, Inc., the merchant of record for every order. Business mailing address: 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Business mailing address only — not a retail store, pickup point, or returns destination.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock that is no longer available, and any charge is refunded in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Availability shown on product pages reflects our current records and is not a guarantee; if an item cannot be fulfilled we contact you and refund it.
Pre-order and backordered items
Where an item is offered ahead of stock arriving, the product page states that clearly and no delivery date is promised unless we have one confirmed. If a confirmed date changes materially, you may cancel the item for a full refund at any point before it ships.
Payment, order verification and fraud prevention
Payment is captured through our checkout provider using the payment methods displayed at checkout; card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us. Placing an order authorizes that payment. Orders may be held for verification where billing, shipping or account details do not match, and an order may be cancelled and refunded in full if verification cannot be completed. Order and serial records are retained so warranty and authenticity claims can be verified.
Professional-use products
Many products are intended for trained professional use. You are responsible for using tools in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local licensing rules.
Business and wholesale buyers
Business, wholesale and partner program purchases may be subject to separate written program terms. Where those terms and these apply to the same order, the program terms control for that order.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural events, utility or network outages, labor disruption, manufacturer supply failure, or government action. Where such an event prevents fulfillment, we contact you and the affected items are cancelled and refunded.
Shipping, returns and warranty
The Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, and Warranty & Authenticity statement are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, imagery and the Barber Selective name are owned by Beacon Media Group, Inc. or its licensors. Manufacturer brand names and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products sold.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute relating to these terms or an order is brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and both parties consent to that venue. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
