Plan the numbers first
Review your costs, including tools, supplies, booth rent and time per service, and compare local pricing for similar services. Decide on the new price and the date it takes effect.
Give clients notice
Tell regulars ahead of time, in person and in your booking channel, with the date and a short reason. Many barbers find that clear advance notice makes the change feel fair.
Follow through consistently
Apply the new price to everyone from the effective date and update every place your prices appear. This is general information, not financial or legal advice.
